Chris Eubank Jr insists his £100,000 fine for slapping Conor Benn with an egg is 'steep'. The pair went face-to-face for the first time in February ahead of their grudge match on April 26. As they stared each other down, Eubank Jr grabbed an egg from his pocket and slapped it into his rival's face, with security then having to rush in to separate the two men. The egg was a reference to the bizarre excuse that Benn ate too many of them when he failed two drugs tests before their cancelled bout in October 2022.
