Paul Mescal didn't let not having a driver's license stop him from landing his role in Normal People. The 28-year-old actor admitted in an interview with W Magazine that he fibbed about his abilities behind the wheel in order to secure his role as Connell in the hit 2020 Hulu series. "I said I could drive for Normal People, and I could not drive," he revealed. "We'd signed the paperwork, I'd gotten the part, and then I'd forgotten about doing my driver's license.

Firefighters rushed to a Tesla store in North Decatur, outside of Atlanta, in the early hours of December 31, finding the futuristic truck burning in a lot outside. While they were quickly extinguished the flames, the vehicle's interior and truck bed were completely scorched and the back tires melted.
